Delete your account

You can delete your VIEW account yourself, from any device, in a few steps. No email request is required.

• Sign in to VIEW at view.ceetify.online, or open the installed app.
• Open the menu and tap Settings (also reachable from More → Settings).
• Open the Data tab.
• Tap "Delete account".
• Read the consequences shown on the confirmation screen.
• Confirm your identity by entering your account password.
• Type DELETE to confirm, then tap "Schedule deletion".
• Your account is immediately deactivated and signed out, and permanent deletion begins after the 30-day grace period.

Removing the app from your phone, or clearing your browser data, only removes the app and its local storage from that device. It does not delete your account, your posts, your messages or any information stored on our servers.

To delete your data you must complete the account deletion steps above, on any platform.

• Web: open view.ceetify.online, sign in, go to Settings → Data → Delete account.
• Installed app (PWA) on Android or desktop: open the app, sign in, go to Settings → Data → Delete account.
• iOS: open VIEW in Safari or the installed app, sign in, go to Settings → Data → Delete account.

The deletion mechanism is the same on every platform, because it runs on our servers rather than on your device.

Your account is deactivated straight away and all sessions are signed out. For 30 days the account is held in a cancellable state. Signing back in during that window cancels the deletion and restores your account exactly as it was.

After the grace period, permanent deletion runs automatically and cannot be reversed.

• Your login account, email address and authentication credentials.
• Your profile: display name, username and profile photo.
• Your posts, captions, media, stories, reels and their publishing records.
• Your comments, likes and saves.
• Your follows and followers relationships.
• Your direct messages and your membership of conversations.
• Your notifications and push notification tokens.
• Your privacy, cookie and notification settings.
• Your connected social accounts and their stored access tokens.
• Your AutoPost rules and scheduled jobs.
• Your recommendation signals and interest profile.
• Pages you solely own, together with their content and contact records.
• Files you uploaded to our storage, including images, videos and data exports.

• Payment and transaction records, where we must keep them for accounting, tax or anti-fraud obligations.
• Minimal audit entries recording that a deletion happened and when, without personal content.
• Copies held in encrypted infrastructure backups, which are overwritten on their normal rotation schedule.
• Content other people have already re-shared, quoted or saved outside your account.
• Content already published to third-party platforms through cross-posting — you must remove that on each platform directly.

• Immediately: account deactivated, all sessions revoked, profile no longer reachable.
• Within 30 days: cancellable by signing in again.
• After 30 days: permanent deletion runs, normally completing within 24 hours.
• Backups: purged on their normal rotation, within 90 days of deletion.

Deletion is permanent. If you want a copy of your information, request it in Settings → Data → Download my data before you start deletion, and save the file. Exports are removed along with everything else when deletion completes.

If you cannot sign in, or you need help deleting your account, contact support@ceetify.online from the email address on the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting on the request.
