Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ceetify Technologies governing your use of VIEW (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you and the organisation.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use the Service. You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if your account has previously been terminated for a violation of these Terms.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. One person should maintain one personal account. Pages are separate identities created and operated under a personal account, and the account holder remains responsible for them.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at support@ceetify.online if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require re-authentication before sensitive operations such as deleting your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, the platforms you connect, and the messages you send. When you cross-post, you confirm you have the right to publish that content on each destination platform and that your use complies with that platform's own rules.

Use the Service lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not degrade the experience or safety of others. Automated use is permitted only through features we provide, such as AutoPost and our published agent integration endpoints.

• Posting unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory or deceptive content.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children.
• Spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, engagement manipulation or artificial amplification.
• Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or attempts to breach security or access controls.
• Scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering or circumventing rate limits and authorisation rules.
• Impersonating a person, brand or Page you are not authorised to represent.
• Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
• Interfering with the operation, integrity or availability of the Service.

"User Content" means anything you upload, publish, transmit or generate through the Service, including posts, media, stories, comments, messages and AI-assisted output you choose to publish.

You must have the necessary rights to all User Content you submit, and it must comply with these Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical purposes, distribute and display your User Content solely to operate, provide, secure and improve the Service — including delivering it to the third-party platforms you select for cross-posting. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups for a limited period or where retention is legally required, and except for content others have already lawfully re-shared.

The Service itself, including its software, design, trademarks and branding, is owned by Ceetify Technologies and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Service.

Connecting a third-party platform is optional and subject to that platform's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, their policy changes, or any action they take against your account there. Revoking access on their side may break cross-posting features here.

Core features of the Service are currently provided without charge. Where a paid feature is offered, the price, billing period and payment provider will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

If a subscription plan is offered and you subscribe, it renews for successive periods until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.

Where the Service surfaces commercial listings, Pages or services operated by other users, we are not a party to transactions between you and those users. You deal with them at your own risk.

By creating an account you agree to receive service and security communications. Marketing communications are opt-in and can be turned off at any time in Settings → Notifications.

AI features produce output on your instruction. Output may be inaccurate, biased or similar to output produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing it, for its accuracy, and for ensuring it complies with these Terms and the rules of any platform you cross-post to. Do not present AI output as human-authored where that would be deceptive or unlawful.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, network problems and factors outside our control may interrupt access.

We may add, change, or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we will give reasonable notice in the product where practicable.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use presents a security, legal or safety risk. Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to respond.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete account. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period during which signing in cancels it. After that period your account and personal data are permanently deleted or irreversibly anonymised, subject to the limited retention described in the Privacy Policy. Content already published to third-party platforms is not removed from those platforms by deleting your VIEW account.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure or continuously available, or that cross-posting to any third-party platform will succeed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceetify Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty United States dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ceetify Technologies, its affiliates, officers and employees from claims, damages, liabilities and reasonable legal costs arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact legal@ceetify.online so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may pursue the remedies available under the governing law below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts located there have jurisdiction — except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

We may revise these Terms. The version and last-updated date at the top of this page reflect the current revision, and material changes will be notified in the product before taking effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
