1.Reporting
- Live streams: use the report button on the stream screen.
- Users, posts, comments, messages or Pages: email support@ceetify.online with a link or screenshot.
- Reports are confidential — the person you report is not told who reported them.
2.Blocking and Muting
Blocking someone stops them from calling you, hides you from each other's contact discovery and removes their content from your feeds. Muting hides a person's or Page's posts from your feeds without telling them.
3.Account Security
- Use a strong, unique password and never share it.
- VIEW staff will never ask for your password or a login code.
- Signing out on one device does not sign you out elsewhere — change your password if you suspect misuse.
- Disconnect social accounts you no longer use in Connected Accounts.
4.Harassment
Don't engage. Block the person, keep screenshots, and report it. Live stream hosts can hide comments and remove viewers during a stream.
5.Scams and Impersonation
Be wary of messages promising money, prizes or investment returns, links asking you to sign in, or accounts pretending to be friends or brands. Report impersonation with a link to the fake account.
6.Child Safety
You must be at least 13 to use VIEW. Report any content that endangers a child immediately to support@ceetify.online; we remove it and notify the relevant authorities.
7.Your Privacy
Turn off "Searchable" in Settings → Privacy to stop people finding you by search or phone number. Choose a story's audience before posting. Only share what you are comfortable being seen.
8.Emergencies
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (in Nigeria, dial 112). VIEW cannot dispatch emergency help.
9.How We Handle Reports
Reports are reviewed by our team against the Community Guidelines. Actions range from removing content to terminating accounts, and every moderation action taken by staff is logged for accountability.
